InstaPage® Gold Version 3.0 Slated for Release in January 2004

America's HOA Central today announced the upcoming January 2004 release of the newest version of its industry leading web site product for large-scale community associations, InstaPage® Gold.

New Features Added

Version 3.0 includes new features and enhancements of existing features of value to community associations:

• Event Registration: Version 3.0 now enables online registration to events posted in the community calendar. It makes e-mail registration fast and easy and even allows the Site Administrator to point registrations to different e-mail addresses for each event.
• Photo Album: Site Administrators can now create multiple photo albums complete with slideshows to permit better organization and archiving of community photos.
• Free Text Field in User Registrations: Site Administrators can now add one free text field to the user registration form to flexibly address uniqueness of the community. For example, larger communities may want to add a "neighborhood field" so registering users can indicate which neighborhood they belong to. This field is sortable in the online Member Directory so users in this example could sort to see other users in their neighborhood.
• Increased News Story Archives: Visible archived news story links now display 10 at a time up to an unlimited number.
• Automatic Hyperlinks: E-mail addresses or URL's entered into text fields throughout the product will automatically display as hyperlinks, making it easier for readers to send email to the address or go to the URL.
• News Story Enhancements: In addition to the hyperlink capabilities above, Site Administrators can now easily add a link within a news story to a Library item, making it easier to point readers to items contained in the Library.
• Member Polls: The Site Admin can now reset vote totals to zero on any poll, making it easier to 'hide' and reuse seasonal polls.
• Home Page Login: The product now contains a login box right on the site's home page to make it easier and faster for members to login. It also gives members the option of having their login remembered for further convenience.

New InstaPage® Gold Clients

• The San Elijo Hills Community Association in San Diego, California has selected InstaPage® Gold version 3.0 for use in its new community web site. America's HOA Central will be developing the site using a design prepared by the community's web site committee.
• The Emerald Bay Community' Association in Orange County, California has retained America's HOA Central to upgrade its existing web site using the InstaPage Gold 3.0 package.
• The Cardinal Forest Condominium Association in Virginia has also retained AHOAC to develop its initial web site utilizing InstaPage Gold 3.0.
• AHOAC will be developing an InstaPage® Gold supported web site for The Morgan Hill Homeowners' Association under contract with Walters Management of San Diego, California.
