InstaPage® Gold Version 2.1 Slated for Release in May 2003

America's HOA Central today announced the upcoming May 2003 release of the newest version of its industry leading web site product for large-scale community associations, InstaPage® Gold.

New Features Added

Version 2.1 includes new features of value to community associations:

• Message Boards/Community Forums: Based on client input, AHOAC substantially improved the message board system in IPG. Added features include: ability to create multiple forums, ability to assign moderators to forums to reduce burden on Site Administrator, easy quote capability, email generation of responses to posts, post edit/delete capability, read unread posts only option, and more.
• Service Provider Directory: Users can now activate an optional Service Provider Directory, sell listing space to area businesses, and generate revenues. This tasteful option serves in lieu of tasteless banner ads that have become so annoying to end users.

These features are in addition to the Version 2.0 feature set additions, which included:

• Facility Scheduling: A new web based facility scheduling module has been added, flexible enough for reserving rooms, tennis courts, or golf tee times. Online requests generate an email to a designated administrator - who by the click of the button can approve or deny the request - posting approved reservations to the system in real-time, and automatically generating email to the requesting party.
• Restricted Board Member Section: A new restricted area for Board Membes has been added which includes Board specific news pages, document library, and email feature so one director can easily email his colleagues on the Board.
• Clubs & Organization Pages: Clubs in an InstaPage® community can now have their own web page on the community''s site for posting of their news with associated photos. With the new sub-admin feature (below), a club can easily manage its own content on the page.
• Sub-Admin Capability: No longer must one site administrator bear the full burden of site management. With the new sub-admin feature, sub-admins can be created and limited to managing specific InstaPage® functions.

New InstaPage® Gold Clients

• Horsethief Canyon Ranch in California has approved upgrading its InstaPage® Standard web site to InstaPage® Gold version 2.1.
• The Perrywood Homeowners' Association in Maryland has retained America's HOA Central to upgrade its existing static HTML web site to InstaPage Gold 2.1.
• Hawk's Landing in Florida has also retained AHOAC to develop its initial web site utilizing InstaPage Gold 2.1.
