InstaPage^® Gold Version 2.0 for Large-Scale Communities Released

America's HOA Central has announced the final release of its much anticipated InstaPage® Gold 2.0 version for large-scale communties.

Since early May of 2002, the newest version of the groundbreaking product has been in beta testing with several communities across the United States, including the Delray Dunes Golf & Country Club and Homeowners' Association and the Boca Pointe Community Association.

The 2.0 version adds exciting new features to the already powerful feature set of InstaPage® Gold:

• Facility Scheduling: A new web based facility scheduling module has been added, flexible enough for reserving rooms, tennis courts, or golf tee times. Online requests generate an email to a designated administrator - who by the click of the button can approve or deny the request - posting approved reservations to the system in real-time, and automatically generating email to the requesting party.
• Restricted Board Member Section: A new restricted area for Board Membes has been added which includes Board specific news pages, document library, and email feature so one director can easily email his colleagues on the Board.
• Clubs & Organization Pages: Clubs in an InstaPage® community can now have their own web page on the community''s site for posting of their news with associated photos. With the new sub-admin feature (below), a club can easily manage its own content on the page.
• Sub-Admin Capability: No longer must one site administrator bear the full burden of site management. With the new sub-admin feature, sub-admins can be created and limited to managing specific InstaPage® functions.

Background on InstaPage® Gold:

IP Gold is the first major product of its kind which operates solely on the association's domain, thus giving the association total independence and control over their own site. The first installations were made on the Quail Ridge Country Club and Frenchmans' Creek sites in Florida, with others such as the Boca Pointe Community Association scheduled to convert to the product shortly.

The IP system provides individual logins to homeowners, personalized calendars and home pages, and non-technical Admin tools for HOA administrators to easily install news stories, photos, and documents on the site. It is packaged with the award-winning web design services of America's HOA Central to ensure a high quality custom look for each site.
